The "Before You Sell" Inspection (Pre-List)
Having a home inspection before you sell is an excellent way to ensure a smooth selling process.
By having a thorough inspection before putting your home up for sale you can eliminate any surprises, over-inflated purchaser estimates about repairs and last minute re-negotiations.
You can correct any deficiencies found, if you choose.
It will reduce some of the stress of selling your home, help to it sell faster, and may help it to sell for more money.
The "30 Day & 1 Year" Inspections (Tarion New Home Warranty Program)
This is your opportunity to have the builder correct or repair problems with your home.
It's a meticulously detailed inspection in order to identify deficiencies that were not apparent at the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), or have shown up afterwards.
Inspection reports must be submitted to Tarion before the deadline date so please book your inspection a few weeks in advance to ensure that your paperwork is submitted on time.
