All of the major systems and components of the home are included; its overall structure, roofing materials, insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, interior and exterior finishes including floors, walls, ceilings, windows and doors.
Video Recordings of the Roof / Attic / Crawl Space
Our clients also have the luxury of viewing the roof, attic, crawl space, and other difficult to reach areas by video which is shown to clients as part of the full inspection tour.
Digital Moisture Readings
Moisture readings are taken in basements, bathrooms and any areas suspect to water infiltration such as ceilings, walls, floors or beneath windows.
InfraRed Temperature Measurements
We take temperature measurements throughout the home to ensure that heating and cooling systems are functioning as intended.
Industry Leading Inspection Report System
A detailed and comprehensive 200-page inspection report is provided on-site at the end of the inspection.
Educational Home and Property Tour
During our educational tour, we'll identify and clearly explain our findings and provide recommendations to address any issues that may be uncovered.
